The Heart Rate Sensor shines light through the ear lobe and measures transmittance. As the heart forces blood through the vessels in the lobe, the light transmittance of the lobe changes. The signal can be graphed by the software and the heart rate calculated. Typical Applications: * Measure heart rate * Conduct health/exercise studies
